The food in the restaurant was amazing and the executive manager Ritu was very helpful and very talented. She is very attentive and cheerful. Loved it. The rest of staff is also very attentive and well behaved didn’t even felt like eating outside felt like home.

Very good staff. I got a warm welcome from Ram and Ranjan.The cleaning staff or staff at the food section also gave me a good experience at VITS Shalimar. The ambience around the hotel also very good. Food is expensive, but considering the quality and quantity it is worth.

The overall experience at the hotel was average, with several key areas for improvement. If you are a professional who relies on stable WiFi or network access, this may not be the ideal place to stay. The WiFi and network connectivity were frustratingly inconsistent, making it difficult to get work done or stay connected, which is a big downside for business travelers.||Another concern is the housekeeping. It didn’t meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness or timeliness. There were noticeable lapses in room maintenance, and it felt like attention to detail in cleaning was lacking. This left me feeling uncomfortable during my stay.||On a more positive note, the staff was polite and courteous. Their friendly demeanor helped to somewhat balance out the other shortcomings. They were attentive and willing to assist whenever approached, but unfortunately, this doesn’t fully make up for the more significant issues of poor network service and housekeeping concerns.||In summary, while the staff provides good service, the lack of reliable WiFi and subpar housekeeping make this hotel less suited for professional guests or those expecting higher standards of cleanliness. I would recommend considering other options if you’re staying for business purposes.

Roshan was very kind, and my experience at the best hotel in Ankleshwar was excellent. The staff, including shiva and Rajesh and Anil , were polite and helpful. The spacious, clean rooms and delicious food made it ideal for families. I haven't found a better hotel in Ankleshwar.

Also wanted to highlight that CHAYA from housekeeping team is polite yet helpful. This is a lifetime experience. I loved it. Enjoyed my stay with VITS SHALIMAR.

Chhaya ,Ram good person.I visited long back here for 10 nights stay for official visit. Ram,Indrajeet, Ranjan Was very good boy, The lobby was good. The room was clean and beautiful. Although I was staying alone, I felt safe. The room decor was nice. Food was fine and within budget. Had complimentary breakfast ordered in the room. Breakfast menu had good variety. So overall it was comfortable and good experience.
