Hotel Shiv International

Locations and overall facilities are good but, staff behaviour is not at all professional or kind or polite. They're continuously make us feeling that we're not welcomed in the hotel or services which we asked for is too much. Once I noticed smell coming from washroom and asked for room freshener, they firstly ignore it and after taking some further actions by our side they simply said, "open window in the ac room and turn on exhaust fan." Means really? That we're not aware of? Is it a solid solution of the problem or just better way to escape the problem. Even they're not ready to pick call at once, we have waited 40-50 mins for dental kit in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Everything which we asked for they make us feel dumb or like we've come to the hotel for first time. I asked for breakfast at my room, they first say no then said, "it will take additional charges, I hope you're aware of this". Ofcourse I'm It could be a better way of asking or polite manner to deal with. I request to the owner of the hotel. Do some professional training of the staff.

Suddenly I have to go to Bhachau for some work. For that I searched a hotel and Found tha hotel Shiv International. But it's Google reviews was too poor. I couldn't understand what to do. One of my company's staff suggested me to book the hotel. Stay there and take food from another restaurant. I planned accordingly. But after stayed at Hotel international for 5days and Also taking the dinner. My conclusion is..... 1. It's a best hotel of Bhachau 2. Best food 3. Professional staff with good attitude. 4. Best for family. 5. Food service is little slow.( May be for good service)

Rooms are with selen on walls , rooms not clean alt all, food quality is too poor , staff behaviour is very rude and unacceptable , no facility at all ,plz don't refer to stay here very bed hotel .

They just gave only 2 small size water bottles, which i didn't like, and 2 tiny regular soap, however charged 2000 per night. Must need to learn something from OYO rooms.
