I was stay two months at Regenta Central Harimangla Bharuch|It Provided best service like|deep housekeeping by Mrs Pooja & Mrs Khageswari. | according to choice food at restaurant (pinx) by Mr. Akhilesh kumar,Mr Gokul ,Mr Vijay & Mr.Ashis (cook) ; Room service by Balvant singh| Helpful reception team , good job by Mr. Sekhar shukla, Mrs Sandhya kumari, Mr Amit joshi & Mrs Reena yadav.| I hope there will be more improvement in service with time.||Regards|Achala Ram Choudhary|GAIL

Regenta Baroda is good, they are very helpful but Regenta Bharuch is worst . worst experience with this hotel; the system is quite amateurish, unprofessional , They confirmed the reservation twice, but at the last minute they couldn't find the booking in their system even after booked room before a month . requested to wait three hours to our overseas guests at late night. I never advice anyone to book room in this hotel for corporates .

Room no. 304 Presidential suite, worst room to stay in for your 1st wedding night Constant honking noise from outside, no soundproofing, central AC room so you can’t even put on fan noise to at least ignore outside noise. And when you ask for any other accommodation they don’t have anything available as always, so unprofessional staff in such big place, check in time - 12am and check out time 2:30 as it was disastrous to sleep inn, Please please please think 10 times before booking because if they can’t help cx who book suits for wedding night than what else you can expect from them in customer service.

I visited this hotel for lunch and specifically asked before placing my order if I could charge my laptop . They assured me it was possible, so I decided to stay. However, once I placed my lunch order, they suddenly refused to let me charge my laptop, claiming there was no available switchboard—even though the switchboard was clearly vacant and accessible. This was quite disappointing as they should have informed me from the beginning if it wasn’t allowed. Such contradictory behavior affected my experience negatively. Clear communication would have made a significant difference.
