Once again Ginger have maintain their Quality and services to the customer.First time visited Ginger at Bharuch. Reception services from Start to my one night stay was excellent. The desk is very well maintained by Ms. Summaya & Ms. Priyanka both of them deserve our appreciation along with all the male staff maintaining the high standard of Guest Services and Courtesy.

1 - No Medicine available in case of emergency. 2 - There were no water bottles towels during check in 3 - Every time while using the lift the room card was necessary without roomcard 1 can't access the lift. 4 -Taste of food was average as there were no seperate counter for NonVeg. 5 - Not suitable for Jain and Pure Veg 6 - Beds in the room were too small for double occupancy 7 - Staff was very nice and polite

Rooms are below average. Bed is ok..ni amenities is available. No service is available After switching on AC the entire room smells like old wet room. No toiletries available. No moisturizer available. Handwash and shampoo bottle is empty. Felt like booked a 500 rs lodge

Amazing experience! Excellent service! Priyanka was so respectful and professional! I think she has a great future ahead of her. The boy named Ramesh from Nepal is also very friendly. There was another boy at the reception who helped us checkout and another girl in the reception who helped me get to my floor 2 times as I left the room key card with my friend. The boys at the restaurant also are very humble and respectful and helped many times without asking. All staff are humble, respectful, and well-trained. The room is an excellent one. Both room and washroom are both clean and confirming to high standards. The water pressure in the washroom is really good. Looking forward to staying there again!

The room was not good. Some kind of bad smell in the room. Also for every small item you need to call reception like dental and sheaving kit...lift was like a coffin 2'4 life never seen in my life..rest staff was cooperative

Services at the front office by Ms Priyanka & Ms Sumaiya were exceptional and quick. Restaurant breakfast buffet counter was quite satisfying. Deependra and Ramji took really good care of my elderly parents taste and tummy at the breakfast.
