Hotel Kohinoor

Filthiest hotel ever. Please don't belive for 4 or 5 star reviews. We were driving from Udaipur to Mumbai and wanted to take a halt bit didn't want to spend much just for a night. So we stopped nearby for dinner and saw this hotel just next to the restaurant. Firstly the person on the reception is very rude. Didn't have the decency to talk to the customers with the courtesy. He was constantly chewing tobacco while talking to us, couldn't understand a word. The room was never cleaned and it was very bad and I can't even describe the bathroom/washroom. It is the dirtiest of all. No handwash or soap. Flush wasn't working. Commode not clean at all.

there was an awful smell immediately when we walked in. cleanliness was an issue. we were offered another room but that was even worse and couldn’t walk in because of the smell. the bed sheets were yellow and just uncomfortable in general.

Terrible Experience I had an awful experience at this hotel. First, the reception guy, who introduced himself as Rahul, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did he have an unpleasant attitude, but he was also chewing tobacco, which made his speech almost inaudible. To make matters worse, the electricity meter tripped around 3:18 AM. I had to wake up in the middle of the night and call the reception to inform them. It took about half an hour for someone to come and fix it, which was incredibly frustrating. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Rahul’s response was even worse. He basically told me that if I didn’t like the place, I could just cancel and leave. Such unhelpful and disrespectful behavior is inexcusable. I would never stay here again and highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Very filthy and dirty Hotel i have ever seen,staff were full of lies,awfull smell in the room,bed sheet and duvet was smelling very bad,toilet was really really very diety,no soap,no handwash,shower was very dirty,no towels,no shower gell!!!!.No toilet tissues,dont even think to book it even if its free.rather sleep on the footpath than booking this place.

Worst hotel please don't go here ! It's absolutely terrible I had terrible experience with the hotel and staff ! Nobody gives a damn about Hygiene here ...it all looks good in pictures but when you come here you are certainly gonna get disappointed.... It Is a scam of the highest order don't make a mistake of booking this hotel for sure ! It's like a public toilet ! If there was less than 1 star I would have rated it that .....just disgusting
