Hotel Novus

Once upon a time my It was a fall event. So we booked the banquet hall in this Novus hotel. We thought the food here would be good, But then we were served food with bad quality and taste. Due to which we had a very bad experience.😩☹️so that's why i am giving 1 Star ⭐ rating. I hope you can change your food quality by looking at this message.👍🏻

The place looks great with quality stuff. There are multiple restaurant areas which can become small banquet halls. There is a big banquet all too. We stopped for lunch and the food was decent. The naan size was huge so make sure to order accordingly. Very clean washrooms, good kids play area and excellent air conditioning.. QUALITY PLACE

In hotel we ordered food but buttermilk was not served after we called the waiter than he gave us... The managers ignoring us and only serving to some of tables whole time we have waited to manager to listen us but sadly they didn't come to our table to ask us the waiters are good that experience was pathetic by novus I had never experienced this situation in anywhere please guide managers to ask on every table to every customer what they want and In our case during lunch we were ony focused on when manager guy will listen our call and take another order. Also our order came late !!! You guys took 1 hour to give food for only 2 persons !!! please look out this matter novus is not same now 😏

It's a Muslim ownership hotel. I stayed there for 5 days. All the windows in all rooms were covered with Thermocol sheets. They told that because of that ACs will give good cooling. What rubbish ?? It was a pathetic experience for me. Service was Ok. Location is on main highway.

We grabbed food on our way to vadodara on nh 48 visible does not have handicap parking and handicap access has washrooms not clean Has rooms not seen has reception area Table service availabe ,food quality good We tried punjabi and south indian service quick have large avariwties of punjabi , chinese , continental and south Indian dishes punjabi thali good south indian sambhar was too sweet offers icecreams and soft drinks the staff is good rates reasonable has big parking and children play area worth a visit closes 11.30 pm they offer jain and swaminarayan food also

We had come for lunch at the start of the order we informed the food should not be spicy but still the food was spicy and kids left without having lunch.

While coming back from Navsari, we stopped at Novus for dinner. It is located on NH 48 near Bharuch. This place is good with decent sitting space (AC/non-AC) and parking lot for 2 and 4-wheelers. They have kids play area too which gathered my attention. Outside the hotel, they have clean restroom. As it was raining, we had ordered lemon coriander and manchow soup as our starter. Both soup were fresh, noodles served with manchow soup were crispy. Surprisingly, I liked lemon coriander soup more. In main course, we had paneer hangama, handi veg, butter roti, daal tadka and jeera rice. We wholeheartedly enjoyed our meal and had a great meal of the day. Service was good. I would rate this place 3.5/5. (Note: Please take care of hygiene as due to rain, fleas were spotted and they really annoy while having food.)

Experience of only food : Hotel Novus is located on Highway near Bharuch. We liked Panjabi food for dinner which was delicious.Also liked tasty Punjabi limited fixed dish in lunch. They have a wide range of varieties from Starter to Dessert Items and served up to 11.30 night . They have Banquet hall for arrangements for any function.They have Kids Play Zone Area. Also ample parking space.
