Nice hotel. Staff are friendly. Foods are excellent. Staff are always ready to help us. Rooms are clean and hygiene. Gym and spa located at ground floor and you can use it. Liquor shop located in front of hotel and you can buy liquor with permit card.

The food was absolutely delicious - each dish was packed with flavour & beautifully presented. The ambiance was cozy & inviting, perfect for a relaxed & enjoyable morning. Overall fantastic service, wonderful food, and a great atmosphere. Kudos to Mr Sunil Lahori & Team. We will come back soon.

One of the best rooms . The room size is very good. Services are comfortable. Inhouse restuarant has variety of veg and non veg food. The front office team of Neha, Payal, Sapna is very good and makes you feel at home. The hotel has airport pick up and drop facilities to Kandla Airport. Need pre booking as it is mostly sold out

It's tasty delicious food and ambience is good. Staff is highly co operative, sunil jee too much positive. Cleanliness very good and proper.location is good, car parking is also aplenty. Food is hygienic. Highly recommend to friends and office colleagues

Not so good experience! No senior staff is not available after 9pm. Some staff members are of helping nature but some others are quite rude and not professional. I called and spoke with the manager (addressing some issue) by taking his number from the hotel reception, though he received my call at first unknowingly because it was an unknown number, but after that I called him again a couple of times because the issue was still not resolved. But he never answered my call after that. Simply being ignorant and inconsiderate, irrespective of his responsibilities being a hotel manager.

pease stay and food was delicious I will recommend to my colleague to stay hear really have a |nice experience. location is best suited to Kandla Airport and in center of Gandhidham city. location is prime. from this hotel Mundra Port is hardly 60 km.

The bathroom was very dirty , 6 lights fluctuating, No towel, even after informing of the stays planned ,drinking water in rooms charged extra. people at the desk were incompetent to attend the information and act at their own likes. First and Worst experience ever with sarovar chain.

(Apologies for the long post, but the poor service and quality needs to be highlighted) We are a group of Doctor volunteers who travel to provide free surgeries for cleft lip and palate children. We have stayed in multiple hotels in many cities and towns. Ambar Sarovar Portico, Gandhidham is the WORST hotel we have stayed in. The service, maintenance and food is pathetic. Only the property is decent. 1. Hot water is not available round the clock. We had to fight for hot water after a long day of operating and work. And some rooms do not have hot water supply. 2. Even after complaining 2 days in a row, the hot water situation was not rectified and made available in my room. 3. The AC filters have not been cleaned recently. Switching the AC on, gives a musty, fungal smell throughout the room. And there is not ventilation or fan to use as a substitute. My allergies have increased after staying here. 4. The bathroom door does not close and my roommate and I have to warn each other before using the washroom. 5. The keycard stopped working on the second day. They did not provide a replacement keycard. And we had to wait for them to open it with the master keycard for nearly 10min. And told us to not lock the door if we leave the room for a short time. Who will take responsibility if our valuables are lost? 6. The toilet paper roll was not replaced even after 2 days of complaining that the roll is over. 7. The food is boring a pathetic. 2 days, rice and dal was served with some mixed veg sabji. 8. For the non-veg buffet - egg was the only non-veg supplied. 9. There is no variety in the food supplied. 10. The lift has a musty fungal smell that triggers my cough immediately. 11. The Wi-Fi doesn't work properly. 12. The printed information on when each of the team members are checking in and out has been provided to the reception desk. And yet, they call 2 days in advance asking if we are checking out that day. What kind of communication between the staff and coordination is this? No one takes responsibility and ensures that the complaint is resolved. Each tries to pass on the work to the next shift and doesnt have a care on the clients. It is worse than PATHETIC .. This is such a black mark in the Sarovar Portico group of hotels. Other hotels in this group (where we as a team have stayed) like Kakinada and Rajkot - the hotels are good. Service is great and the maintenance is excellent. This particular hotel needs major rehauling and repairs so ensure that the Sarovar Portico name is maintained.
