One of the worst hotel with rude behaviour in hotel staff,hotel receptionist behaviour is very very rude nd attitude,so I request pls not go to hotel gokul bcos this is scamer people not a business person so pls try to understand

Rooms are okay. Location is fine. but service is not good. Hotel staff behaviour is also bad.

Worst experience of my life time. They don't bother to remove their hotel from service provider and let user suffer. They don't understand the importance of being proactive. They ask customer to follow up rather than doing it by themselves. After booking confirmation,why customer should do follow up with service provider? This is very serious casual approach by them.

A good hotel very close to railway station and bus stand. In emergency you can get Auto outside. Room was clean. Restaurant is good. Service is good. Food quality is Okay. Food rates are reasonable. Response is quick and immediate attention is provided for any requirement/ complaint. Rate is competitive. No complimentary breakfast. Good for business stay.

One of the worst hotel with rude behaviour of hotel staff . Firstly they will put their hotel on site and once you book it and then check in hotel , they will ask to cancel the booking as they r not ready to accept the booked discounted price . Basically they want to get more money as if we cancel , it will be from our side . They will make u run around and atleast you have only one option left to book to their said tariff . Hotel receptionist attitude is very rude , he wants to get more money from ur side . No amenities around . It’s on highway. Will not suggest anyone to check-in hotel . There r many more good hotels in Gandhidham .

Room is good as it is Oyo hotel, but they not accept it and Oyo cc claiming it as his own properties 😀😀😀. As per Oyo min. Charge is 1100₹ but as per hotel staf it's vary from 1500₹ to 2000₹ as per availability...lowest one. But it's good to stay.

Very poor room service, worst i have experienced, what they are offering and what they are charging is just opposite. Plus the receptionist has got a bucket of attitude, and also no amenities, I don't recommend this hotel at all.
