Hotel Flamingo

I had a very bad experience after the check in in this hotel 1. They are not giving separate day wise food bills, only giving summaries of food bills. 2. Also not giving service for washing/ laundry for under garments They are not informing before check in about such important matters . It is difficult for a professional to claim his tour in company as they give only a summary of food bills instead of lunch and dinner separate bills. Also not bother about online negative rating as I warn him that I will give negative rating but they are taking very casually. I strongly recommend others not to stay in this hotel or clarify all things before check in.

Please note. I checked in today with my child. Goibibo asked me to pay 1600 Rs for a Deluxe AC room. Hotel says it costs 1100 when booked offline. Total fraud by Goibibo. When I went to the hotel, the staff was inconsiderate to fulfill their duties. No hot water kettle provided, even after repeatedly asking. 2 beds one AC and toilet. P.S. Don't go here, pathetic staff, pathetic rooms, all paid fake reviews.

I stayed for two days during my recent visit to gandhidham. Initially, I found the receptionist hard in behaviour during check in time but in the end, I found him cooperative. I found cooperation in the staff, Clean room and ambiance, and excellent room service. I loved the food most at this place. Food was quite cost-effective, fresh, and healthy.

Recently I have stayed here but there's sluggish behavior of staff and service is poor giving faulty commitments.I have given good business from still useless behavior of staff continuously forced me to post review the date which I and my team has stayed of that time I am not criticizing after that on 16 Aug when I came and checked in the room hot water tap was broken and I complained regarding tape but reply was not proper.So without knowing proper situation u are giving reply.Any ways welcome for the reply & do check the record how many times I came to ur guest house.

Fantastic experience staying in this hotel. Just a few meter away from Gandhidham railway station with Clean room, daily housekeeping, Clean furnishings and toiletries. Room rent is average. Good for working people's stay.

“Behaviour of reception staff is horrible. Their rudeness and incompetence made my stay far from enjoyable. It’s disappointing that the face of the hotel couldn’t muster basic courtesy or competence.”
