Staffs are very rude. Room that are shown on Oyo are totally different from the one u get. No hygiene was maintain in room and bathroom, they don't even changed the bedsheet and pillow cover. AC, TV was not working, rooms were smelling.

Bad experience, inspite of pre-booking they denied us to give room by saying that no room is available. After 1.5 hr and long argument with customer care they provided us room which was not clean even. No water during night time . No fan on reception. Service was ok ok. Overall, will not recommed it to anyone.

Dirtiest lobby i could have ever seen, staff didn't cleaned even after the complaint, rude behaviour at the time of check-in, denied early check-in even when the rooms were available and forced to book the room offline at higher price to check in earlier. Blankets and bedsheets were dirty like hell, no toiletries provided. A very bad experience with this hotel and oyo. Not worth it!

So, read my review and you will know everything and how to deal with the receptionist. We booked room for 3 people through oyo and gave half money in advance. At the time of check-in receptionist refused saying that they dont give rooms to oyo bookings and asked us why did we payed the advance. Basically he refused to give us room even when we paid half the price. I was already tired and this reply made me angry. I said- Room to tu dega and i called the oyo customer care and told him everything and how the hotel is refusing even when we paid half the price in advance. Customer care guy was super friendly he talked to the receptionist , receptionist had some argument. Customer care guy gave us another number and told us to complain there. By the time receptionist saw that we are persistent people and will not agree to buy room offline at higher price. We called on the number and the guy talked to the receptionist and in no time receptionist agreed to give us room. This is a scam they are doing on people. First they refuse to give you the room and ask you to book from the reception itself at higher price. I was so angry at that time i would have thrown the guy outside of the building. And i am writing the review from the hotel room itself. To the Receptionist guy- if you are seeing this reveiw you know who i am. Dont scam people. And yeah bedsheets are dirty, t.v doesn't works. Thankyou

The room reeks of smoke. Nothing at all like the pictures they posted. Staff is very rude. Both Agoda and the hotel owner are at fault. This property should be blacklisted

This is the worst hotel that I stayed in ever. Those pictures they show online is of very early days of hotel. Condition of this hotel is horrible. Even the hotel staff was very un-professional. No room services are available, none of the amenities show works or someone might not even work and staff was very arrogant. Hotel was dirty, rooms were not cleaned, blanket and bedsheets were dirty and no toiletries provided, tv was not working and lift was also not working! Overall bad experience, never going to book this hotel again. Please dont book this hotel ever.

I booked this hotel through Oyo, the staff denied early check in even when the rooms were available and above that forced to take the rooms directly from them at higher price. Finally took the room and after that the real trouble started, hotel was dirty, rooms were not cleaned, blanket and bedsheets were dirty and no toiletries provided, tv was not working and lift was also not working! Overall bad experience, never going to book this hotel again.

This is the worst hotel that I stayed in ever. Those pictures they show online is of very early days of hotel. Condition of this hotel is horrible. Even the hotel staff was very un-professional. No room services are available, none of the amenities show works at its fullest or someone might not even work . The quality of food served was even poor than low rated dhaba.. Please DO NOT BOOK this hotel ever.
