The quality was quite poor. In all 2-3 days, the bedsheet was changed only once, and that too after I complained. The blanket cover was never changed, and the room itself was not properly cleaned. The checkout experience was also disappointing. I had requested to stay for just one extra hour since I had a 12 PM office meeting, but they did not allow it. For attending even a 15-minute meeting, I was asked to pay extra charges. On top of that, when I asked for the bill, they suddenly increased the price compared to what was showing online. They said if I wanted the bill, I would have to pay GST, but this was never informed to me in advance. This felt very unfair.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The biggest issue was the constant disturbance from the kitchen area — loud khat khat, phat phat sounds throughout the day and an unpleasant smell that always lingered. It was very uncomfortable and made it hard to relax. The checkout experience was also disappointing. I stayed for three days WiFi issues , unable to do office meetings smoothly however manager supported by giving hotspot which helps however multiple calls on mobile made me uncomfortable Cleanliness, For three days only one day bed sheet changed that too after a fight, but only bed sheet changed no cleaning of room and no blanket cover changed After three days of stay, they didn’t allowed to stay for an hour more after 11am checkout time to sort out my 12PM office meeting For 15 min of standup meeting I need to pay additional charges of rooms

I really don’t understand great reviews - they must been added by the staff. The room was not ok - sheets not very clean, remote not working, mold on wall and a water leak in washroom. I woke up with some water in the room. Staff proposed me another room the one in front the reception but I preferred change hotel. Also Wi-Fi was not very good. for the same price I have a way better room at Hôtel Green Park

This hotel is very very good and the staff is also very good, they provide free TV and ac all the facilities, it is very safe for couples, the location is also very good, this is also very good, thank you very much 😊

I made a booking at this hotel, then 2 days later they call me and cancel my booking because "Our Hotel is reserved for indians only".

The location of this hotel is very good and the staff is very helpful and cleanliness and service in the room is very good. I would like to go there every time
