If you do not call before your room will be sold out. Even after making an advance payment. They will transfer you to different branch plus you need to expend your money and travel their for adjustment.rooms were not clean. Washroom was not cleaned. Yet they asked for tips !!

I would give negative stars if possible. Horrible experience. Rooms were not clean, dustbin had garbage from previous guest, bathroom had lizard droppings and stains everywhere. No breakfast included in package. Every request such as plate, water bottle I had to remind twice or thrice. The receptionist was speaking in reception area which I could hear in my room even with AC on and hence I got disturbed multiple times in ny sleep. (All Rooms are near to reception). Not worth any money (paid 6k per night maybe due to booked in last minute), I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel, you will get a better deal at nearby places.

Most pathetic service and unprofessional staffs I have ever seen. Stayed here for 3 days (only because no other hotels were available nearby) with my friends. Room was not cleaned from previous guest! I dont want to say what all mess was lying down. The room had no towel, shampoo etc. and you wont believe there won’t be any water in the washroom most of the time. Horrible experience.

My room lacked ventilation, felt suffocating. Other rooms with window are also there, these would be much more cosy. With no cloth hangars, the cupboard is practically useless. Otherwise the setup looks nice.

I don't recommend this hotel to anybody.the service is very bad and room is not clean and Service is very bad. Room prices are very expensive.

Beyond Excellent 👍 We booked 3 rooms for our family with kids and stayed for 3 days in may, We all liked it Will come back for sure. Highly recommend without any reservations.

Quite a pleasant stay. Helpful and kind hotel staff. Rooms are pretty good with enough space and ventilation. If you want a good stay in Gandhinagar hotel lotus is a place to be .
