Hotel Best Velly - Gandhinagar

This is my second time in this hotel. Staffs are extremely rude. Owner is careless, rooms are not that much clean like earlier. Even dirty used bed sheet. Don't spend on this hotel, worst hotel. My experience was very bad, that's it.

The management staff and the management of the rooms is really worse, and denying to return the money without even giving proper reason. Definitely won't recommend this anyone. Room looks way different from the pictures from online

Horrible experience, rooms are totally different from the photos with fungus over the walls and pungent smell. Denied refunding our money also. Don't recommend staying

My recent stay at Hotel Best Velly proved to be very joyous. The room provided to me was fairly big. Although it has no charging point near the bed and the TV was also non functional. Service was amazing too, I asked them to change the bedsheet and covers for blanket as it had hair on them and they immediately did it. The hotel is couple friendly and I had a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are kinda gross but there is ac and it's cheap so what did you expect at least they take foreigners and unmarried people

Best Experience, clean rooms, great staff. We initially booked for 3 days but because of the wonderful professionalism of the manager Mr.Gulab Singh,we stayed 3 weeks. The staff are very hospitable, helpful and we felt like we were home. We were sad to leave. Our stay at best velly hotel was quite memorable. I highly recommend them. Venue is great. Just on the main road,all amenities are nearby.

I would like to recommend Hotel Best Velly for I stayed for 3 days. It was a pleasant experience.The manager Gulab Singh took care of our bookings, check-in and also arranged his staff to collect our luggage from the underground parking. Food service and maintenance was great. When I visit Gandhi Nagar, This is going to be my first choice. There are at least 8 restaurants below the hotel, and a variety of menu. Try it once, and you will agree.

Amazing hotel, rooms are nice and clean, staff are very cooperative and Manager Mr Gulab Singh Chauhan, is very helpful and kind person. It was a nice experience for me, I had stayed here twice.
