Hotel Grey Sky

THIS IS A SCAM HOTEL. PLEASE DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL OR ANY OTHER FAB HOTEL PROPERTY!!! They’re a chain of scammers. I have a booking of tomorrow and a day before i just called them randomly to ask about my booking and they’re saying it is cancelled suddenly?! I had booked through agoda and no one informed me about this anytime. I got no cancellation message. Nothing at all. Even agoda did not help me at all!! Now I’m left helpless! Please never book from this place!!

The rooms need to be clean better. Currently toilets are not up to the mark, plus basic amenities like soap, etc need to be given everyday in morning.

Very Bad, they cancelled my 2 bookings few days before the stay, also demandand to pay extra ( almost tripple ) to retain one of the booking #fabhotels #veryfabcustomerservice

Be careful with this fab hotel grey sky gandhinagar. They are scammers. Once you book the room with them you will be harassed by the fab hotel staff & the reservation team. They say it's perfect room with all the standards. Wherein they provide you used rooms with hotel staff's slippers, bathroom amenities in bathroom, rustic floor, broken ceiling fan, no tv in room. However the fab hotel customer care person Mr. Lalan kumar (customer relationship team) says they didn't find any issues in room and as per the cancellation policy there's no refund possible. This was a pathetic first & last experience with fab hotels. Definitely not going to recommend this hotel chain to anyone for sure.

Geyser was not working and rooms were not clean initially but once said they cleaned it.

Location is Good. The room is average.. Looks like a newly built but not well maintained. Service staff is not well educated and informed. Renting this place won't go very heavy on your pocket but staff could be annoying at times.. Keep asking for tips.
