Worst service, even dogs behave well but they are totally worst, room quality pathetic, room service -none, not recommending to anyone in future as they charge for every single minute after check-out time, as I just got 30 min delayed for checkout they charged me 400 extra. Bakwaas hotel

Recently I stayed in this hotel with my colleagues. It was just a walk in without booking. We checked at 5 am and they allowed a 24 hrs checkout. I won't say that the facilities were great but the service and hospitality were very good. The manager there was very concerned about our comfort and was helping us throughout. Very rare to see such people. Rooms were okish and they tried to fix of there are concerns. As mentioned by others, it's on the highway and lot of eateries nearby. Definitely recommended.

Before I booked this place I was surprised to see how good the offer was for a hotel which is located close to possibly everything one may need in Gandhinagar including office buildings to museums etc. ||The staff was cordial and always there to serve my needs. I was very very happy when I arrived to see the room and how well it was maintained, clean, and neat. There was also a big flat screen T. V. for my NON AC room which is hardly the case in other hotels. Most importantly the bathroom was attached and spick and span. ||The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but it doesn't need one. It is located very close to an evening food market which is lively and has lot of variety. The staff kindly always got me food packed from the place with all the utensils possible. Apart from these stalls there are restaurants very close to the hotel.|Another attraction is the Inox R16 theatre which is right beside it.

This hotel is good for people who want a stay in normal budget . There is no parking officially. The room was not given cleaned to me. Only after I entered it was cleaned. Neatness is fine. The major positives is there are lots of eateries just 10 steps away where u have many options of street food. Air force aspirants can give a try.

Please avoid this disgusting dirty hotel||Don't get fooled by the photos as it happened to me. I am uploading the really photos to show you how dirty and disgusting this room can be and how the hotel is cheating and charging more until you realize and it's too late and you have to stay. Don't book on OYO. Fraud company lying about hotel amenities when basic amenities were not met like no Warm Water and dirty pillows, towels and blankets. Toilet seat totally dirty. Please don't visit this place. Plenty of hotels available just one lane before in great condition. One is hotel Marigold. Do book there.

The hotel denied me a room even though i had a booking with full advance payment for 2 days, citing that they don't accept online booking. I had previously contacted the hotelier multiple times for early check-in, for which he was very pleasant and asked not to worry, "aap humare guest hai". They then asked me to pay again for the same room with almost double price. Its a fraud place. Be aware

A decent hotel with all basic amenities. Hotel is near to Gandhinagar railway station and all basic things you can buy from nearby market. Main advantage of the hotel is that ,it is near to learning centre of many banking Institutions like BOB and SBI. Further staff behaviour is good and very supportive. Price is very reasonable if you book through OYO.

I was made to wait for one hour as I reached early. The rooms were free but they made me wait in the hall in the name of cleaning ,for one hour . As per the photographs on the OYO appp, the room was very good with excellent furnishings, what I got here was pathetic. Felt like I am staying in a local hotel having no standards.
