I had an amazing experience at Hotel Empyrean !! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect, and the breakfast was delicious! I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Needs Improvement. Bathroom was having many issues like TAP not working properly, Toilet Seat broken, Low water flow, No extra towel, Chair in the room having very hard cushion, dust on the bed and comfortor, Refrigerator making abnormal noises and painting fading away in room. No dim light (sleep night). However Hotel has assured that to improve all the above issues in a positive way.
