FabHotel Relax

This hotel is absolutely pathetic. It is in a deserted location and there was no staff at all in the hotel. When I went there, not even a single person was present at the reception. Fab Hotels cannot be trusted at all. Before booking and payment, they kept calling again and again, but after that they completely stopped answering calls. Now the phone doesn’t even get connected. Fab Hotels had also sent me a confirmation by mail, along with the payment receipt. And now when I am asking for a refund, they are neither giving the payment back nor answering any calls. Their phone is not even connecting.

It was horrible experience. No housekeeping no room. Actually thia is not a hotel. Only rooms are provided.

Very poor service at this rate also they will cheat you with the rate. I paid 117000 for a room for 3nights but the hotel manager said it was showing only 10080 in their system and bill will be generated only for that amount. So I could not claim the extra 1700 paid from my company. When asked they somehow made up a bill which showed Rs. 800 plus charge in service charge and another 900 as convenience fee which is illogical and outrageous. Apart from this the Rooms are not worth more than 1000/night. No kettle or tea or room service, so service charge of 800 was outrageous. The hotel is terribly understaffed and also they are not reachable. This is my worst stay till date. It doesn't deserve a 1 star even. All other good reviews are given by their own people. For buffet you will have to walk to the restaurant punjabi tadka which is 1km away
