This is a very good property. We enjoyed our stay a lot. This is a family friendly stay. You don't need to look for a restaurant staff is good . We tried food in the restaurants and it was delicious. Service is very good. The staff was very polite. Didn't face any issues during our stay. This hotel is near to the statue of unity.

Service is not good! No towels, toiletries, dental kit, shower cap etc provided. After informing them twice, they gave towels & soap only. No dental kit, shampoo etc provided. TV was there. Remote was not available. After informing them, provided the remote. But the recharge was over. No channels were available.

We booked the family suite which was extremely spacious. In addition, it had a great view of the statue of unity in the distance which is a nearby attraction. We could clearly see the statue from our rooms balcony and the views were breathtaking. The room consisted of 2 luxurious and comfortable queen sized beds and the room service was very fast. The staff were very welcoming and attending upon our stay with them. There was plenty of parking at the venue and the location is great. The restaurant provided a variety of dishes and great service during our stay. The package included free pick up and drop off from the railway station which is nearby. The hotel also provided us with the opportunity to book our tickets to all the attractions at the hotel which was much easier than booking online considering the staff were more familiar with the area and what attractions were worth visiting. Overall our stay and the service we received at The Petals Unity Inn was amazing.

Great Service, But Beware of Extra Charges, The food quality is good, the service is good, and the room quality is also good. However, they place several extra-charge items in the room without informing customers that these are not included in the bill and require additional payment. Additionally, the tax is slightly higher than expected. Apart from these issues, everything else is fine.

First of all they have shared Wrong location on Google...they have multiple name to confuse customers ..lords in , the petals, sky imperial blah blah......the popular location will guide you to another hotel, it's actually another hotel,.....they sold this property. When you'll call them from here and there they will guide you to go to some other hotel. In our case, after so much of confusion about the location hotel refused for check in claiming no info shared from booking partner, Agoda. It has taken 2 hrs to go from here to there at an unknown place with family. It has caused a lot trouble to us. We missed our prebooked SOU viewing gallery slot also due to this nonsense. At last we checked in a very costly property due to weekend rush at ekta nagar. Negative star rating should be available for properties like this. ......they sold this property. The decor was tasteful, adding to the relaxing ambiance. **Service:** The staff at Petals Unity Inn were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From check-in to check-out, they ensured that all my needs were met with a smile. Room service was prompt, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless. **Dining:** The hotel’s restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes. The breakfast spread was impressive, with both local and international options. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Gujarati cuisine, which was flavorful and authentic. **Location:** One of the best aspects of this hotel is its proximity to the Statue of Unity. It’s just a short drive away, making it very convenient for visiting the monument. The hotel also arranged transportation for us, which was very helpful.
