Room are very Nice, neat and clean, also the staff is very very good and polite..... We the this place, i would suggests everg one to if they come they should once visit, and take a chance to use thaire hospitality

Not worth the price. 3 of us rode our bikes to this hotel and reached around 12:30 AM. We had done pre-booking with thousand bucks and already informed them we will be late. When we reached, we noticed there is no proper parking space available and we would have to park our bikes on road. We somehow adjusted our bikes in front of the parked cars to keep them safe. No help from the staff. After completing all the formalities and paying the remaining amount we were told our room is on 2nd floor. No lift available. After a tiring ride, carrying all our luggage for 2 floors was very tiring. Again no help from staff. Room cleanliness was just okay but the washroom left a lot to be desired. The water at the tap was so low pressured that it was just barely usable. Please see attached pics. We left early morning to find a much better alternative. All in all, not a great experience and we would recommend checking out other options in the area.

Really bad and dingy room. They messed our booking too which was done 3 months ago. No customer focus and orientation. Stained pillow covers. No coffee maker. No toilet roll. No space in the room. Worst experience with MMT.

He take our 1800 rs for non use bcoz of his mistake… he told us that everything is going well in the room bt water service nd ac is not working nd he told us lying that everything is working well … our experience is very worst … I would suggest u don’t go there nd …. I post the bill for his bad behave

Rooms are clean. Bedsheets are not clean. Bathroom not clean as expected. Hot water not available on demand,it is scheduled every morning from 5.30 am every day. On next day hot water arrived in tap before 5.30 am. No lift available. AC was old but Powerful. Generally price in off season was half of Seasons rate.

I had a wonderful experience at hotel kalash. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am.Would definitely send a friend there.

It is located in a good area. The facilities are still under construction in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and they have no food for room service. Though they arrange food from the nearby restaurants. The WiFi is also available only on the ground floor. Apart from that it is located in a easy to reach location. F#

Hotels are like a cozy home away from home, where comfort and hospitality embrace you with open arms. I’m giving 5 out of 5 stars to this hotel for Great Hospitality
