Nice clean rooms. Good facilities. Very friendly staff, it is a family affair with father and son running the show. Both are very courteous and friendly. Morning breakfast is prepared in-house and is definitely quite good. Though I would have liked the bathroom to be in better shape. Yes, there is instant water heater so you get hot water whenever you need. ||The water body in the front of the hotel is not that great. The area is dirty and there are these huge boats being built in that place. ||Overall a very good budget stay for a night or two if you are in Mandvi

Changes to our travel arrangements meant that we could only stay one night in Mandvi. We greatly enjoyed our visit. Our arrival was easy as the Sea View is only 200 metres from the ST Bus Stand. We were given a friendly welcome at the hotel and shown to our large, spotlessly clean room which included a well-furnished sitting area with sofas, a table and kettle. We had a great view of the shipyards and the river with its flamingos and other birds. ||The Sea View is on the edge of the old town with its lively markets and shops but is quiet at night. We walked through the old town and on to Wind Farm Beach, an interesting 2km stroll. This was a week after Diwali, still in the holiday season. The beach felt like the happiest place on earth with families and groups laughing with enjoyment in the water, on the camels and experiencing all the other attractions on offer. ||We experienced excellent service at the Sea View. We asked for breakfast in the morning – superb omelettes were brought to our room. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I booked the room from the UK and was able to secure the booking by making a bank transfer.

The best place to stay in entire Mandvi. This place is also recommended by lonely planet travel guide. The rooms are perfect for two people and if possible prefer the topmost floor. They are also building another hotel adjacent to the current one so expect more options in future. The host was very helpful and considerate. The view of shipbuilding from the top floor is also very good.

Best hotel to stay in town. Clean rooms & best service. They have geyser in the room for hot water. They provide towel & soap. They also serve tea & some breakfast menu. They have TV in room. They also have terrace room. Owner & Staff was friendly & quick in service. Price is reasonable & worth to stay.

Perfect for Friend but avoid if you want to have a premium feeling here. All basic amenities are available. The Ghagholia beach is just an inch away which makes the location good. ||||The heater in the bathroom was not working but it was okay as we were travelling in Summer. The food was decent (not so great). We wanted some icecream but there was limited option. ||||Prefer only if you want to stay for a night and get going.

Poor location..in front of the creek. There was no water only garbages...badly stinking....only accommodation with no restaurant. For food u have to ask the staff and they will get the food for u which would be expensive off course. Rooms are not that great. We took a 4 bed room. Furnitures we're of very poor quality. In the room there was only one plug point for 4 persons which was not acceptable at all. For all big instruments like ac tv, the main power switch was out side the room..... wouldn't not be under ur control. There was nothing called service or hospitality. In short in future I wouldn't consider hotel sea view for stay. Also I wouldn't not recommend to anyone..
