The Fern Residency, Morbi

I stayed here for a couple of days when I traveled on work to Morbi. The checkin process was smooth and the rooms were clean with electric kettle coffee/ tea and water provided. The room also had a television and refrigerator, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. |The breakfast had a decent spread and the food was tasty. Overall a pleasant stay.

I really appreciate the help of the security guard Sameer Sumra, who helped a lot with communication with the taxi driver to whom payment had to be made, and with settling in the room with all my luggage 🧳 😀 when I arrived in the middle of the night... Sameer was very friendly and could speak and understand English well what was so helpful ! All staff is nice and friendly and make one feel at home & quite comfortable. Rohit from housekeeping was also very helpful 🙂 And the girls who serve the morning breakfast are also friendly and very polite. It is a nice stay at Fern residency, Morbi, the bed linen and towels are clean and laundry services are good. That does make a difference for a nice stay !

This is my favourite place for business trips. Delicious cuisine, comfortable rooms, helpfull staff. These guys will do everything you may need. Disha, dear, if you read this, thank you so much!)You're the best!)

I stayed here for 2 days pathetic services in such a reputed chain of hotels i don't suggest anyone to opt this for stay they are worst among all hotels in morbi even a road side dhaba will provide better service then them

Terrible service. I think reviews are fake. Think twice before booking. Hotel staff behaviour is not good and trying to prove you wrong despite their own mistakes.

Worst experience Ever for the Food , take 20 minutes for Chapati, Stale Food ( Curd & Gulab Jamun ) , If you are staying in this hotel then have dinner / lunch outside would be best
