Hotel Swagat

Hotel is good, reasonable rates. We booked on the spot. Rooms are spacious. We booked two rooms, 1 room was small but not too much. Bathroom is clean. They provide 24 hr hot water, drinking water, ac,non ac rooms, check out is 12pm, have lift facility. Very close and walkable from temple. Overall it was really good compared to other nearby unnecessarily high priced hotels. Top floor rooms have temple view and sea view as well.

If there would've been an option of 0 stars, i would've surely given that. The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Cockroaches and bed bugs roaming all over the bead and room, spider webs all over the room, ultra dirty blankets and pillows with black fungus all over them. Extremely dirty bathroom. Please please please everyone ,'DO NOT EVEN THINK OF STAYING IN THIS HOTEL' . They should refund my money for what I have gone through my stay.

The rooms really require renovations , we didn't get hot water for bath..it's kind of old but it's so near to the temple plus for pilgrimage it's okay for 1 N stay.

Worst I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The photos shown online were completely misleading; the actual room looked nothing like them. The room was stinking, there was no TV, and it was filthy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay. DO NOT EVEN TRY

Worst hotel ever.. DON'T GET A ROOM HERE I have enough reasons to give this hotel 1 star 1. The bed is soo dirty and dusty. The blankets and covers have stains on it 2. THERE IS NO TV, their is a remote but no tv 3. The curtains are thrown away in a corner 4. I asked for a soap ( there was 2 given) but i have a joint family, so they said " You already have 2 soaps why do you need more " He said it soo rudely, I mean its not your business mind your 5. The bathroom was awful, the mirror and toilet were soo dirty it was so disgusting while using toilet 6. There were 'used' cups and glasses, it seemed like they didnt cleaned the room after the previous people. 7. The whole room was dusty and dirty, having stains everywhere

I want the option of 0 stars because there was cockroaches lizards mosquitos and etc and the service is very poor it's 6:00 pm we say to clean our room we are coming in 2 hours when we come at 8:30 there was no cleaning of room mosquitos roaming bedsheet is dirty the worst hotel I have seen in my life 💩 hotel

No cleaning in room,bathroom,toilets,windows,even on floor.Odors in rooms, service is very low tv is not there.Only view is good.Bedsheets are also very dirty,telephone is not working Worst experience Not worthy

Stayed here for less than 24 hours. Had booked 2 rooms, for 4 people. Early check in was not provided though we reached at around 7:30am in the morning, they directed us to a kitchen area to freshen up instead, when 1 room was still available. Got to check in at 11 am only. No in-built restaurant is present. Staff is good. Location is very close to the temple. You can see the temple from the room too. However rooms are uneven in size, not very neat and clean. Windows and washrooms can be cleaner. Overall it is an average stay.
