Hotel Kailash

The room condition was very poor. The toilets were extremely unclean, and the surrounding area was not good either. The blanket and towel provided were very dirty. The bathroom condition was the worst I have ever seen, making it completely unsuitable for tourists. The walls were also in a peeled and damaged state. Overall, it was a total waste of money.

Staff was not friendly, they were non cooperative ,cockroaches is the main issue Do not go to this hotel.The staff is very bad..In there rooms there is much humanity And also not working things like TV...Before you Book this hotel please check the reviews that all other customers give...

Rooms are not clean, very compact rooms...they provide free ro water and location is nearby temple...they also have inhouse tea maker and inhouse food delivery guy but bit highly priced... Overall satisfactory experience

Stinky Towels & Blanket They turn off AC from reception late night but the AC power is still on and there is light in the AC display but not working. Looks like they have hidden cameras installed in the room, late night when you try to switch on AC with the remote, they immediately switch it on in the next 5 mins from reception. There were cockroaches flying in the room. Very tiny room. The washroom has a broken window from where flies n mosquitoes enter the room. The washroom door was broken from the bottom, every time you take a shower the water enters the room easily. Not worth it for 1k for a night stay. When you ask for a good towel or blanket they provide you with another worst replacement. Nearby to somnath temple, but no good restaurants near the hotel.

Average rooms but very unclean washrooms. We stayed in ac double room. Ac was in good condition but damp smell in rooms. They said they provide 1 litre mineral water in the room but it was actually just regular water in a used bisleri bottle. When I requested for an extra towel they said they cannot give as they have other rooms to provide to. Location was near the temple which was the only benefit.

Walking distance from the temple. The room service was prompt and the staff was polite and courteous. Rooms were clean and spacious. Appropriate for family.
