The rooms were clean, food was amazing, service was fantastic so a very good hotel. The swimming pool was enjoyable. The staff worked around the clock to help us out. The rooms where spotless and flawless. The pure vegetarian food was really good and it is worth going again.

This hotel is in a very bad driver's room and a dirty toylet in the driver room and a general toylet used by all the local public , If you come here with driver so never night hold here because your driver can't sleep in general toylet and if you will go anywhere early morning then risk of your life, because driver will be sleepy on driving that's why never night stay here if you come with driver. Also there is no personal parking and basement in only hotel owner parking .

Worst staff.. they ignore customers. especially the restaurant manager .. doesn't respond to any complaints and not attentive at all . Seems pretty incompetent, making the whole experience terribly inconvenient. Ordered a sprite on the side, which came in a regular glass bottle sold at MRP 15₹. They charged around 55₹ for that. Why ? Because of the service charge. That's fine by me, but only when you get proper service from them. There are small places that respect their customers and give proper attention whenever required by the customer. Plus they have expired FSSAI license. Well, nobody's going to fine them anyway.

First of all out of 5 I would rate as 2. To stay in imperial palace we might have nice skin tone and attires I guess. As the way of approaching people is based on that. At the reception particularly. As I am not sure of his name I guess husain(tall and lean with specs) his attitude was completely not good. Breakfast foods are almost repeatative all the days which can be changed. Happy with the services by room service and dining team. Thank you.

LOOTERS. Go for fortune property instead. Hasan and Waseem Khan both made me pay 50% tariff despite not occupying the room. I was with my wife and kid, saw the room, did not like it as it was too claustrophobic and decided to move out immediately as there were no better rooms available but was still asked to pay. Opted for Fortune instead.. way better rooms, staff and way better experience. This experience was on 17th July. 2024.

Review from December 2023.|Great hotel for the price.|Clean rooms and good service. Rooms were a good size and well maintained|Buffet breakfast was "ok" and internal restaurant and had a good variety of food.|Location is fairly central to shops and restaurants

Today is the Bhai Dooj. It’s a festival. We can understand the concern that the rush today is very much, but it is really a mismanagement from Team imperial Palace. VISHAL bhai, from your team committed me just to wait two minutes. He said the table is cleaning. Then we waited in waiting area for somewhere around 1 1/2 hour and we got or sitting after such a long argument with them I am disappointed, even they told me that you have just two options. One is to wait for more 45 minutes or all of your family members have to take the separate tables. We are somewhere around 12 members and they provide me three table of four members.
