HOTEL COW RESIDENCY

I recently stayed at Hotel Cow Residency in Rajkot and found the experience to be quite average. The room had an issue with the AC leaking, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered was below expectations and could use significant improvement. Overall, while the hotel has potential, these issues need to be addressed to enhance the guest experience.

Room size is good. They say they have parking but only two cars can be parked. If yours is third car, then you are on the road. They say hot water available but it was not coming in our room. Used heater rod given by hotel. The person answering the mobile (Go Ibibo contact) does not have decency/manners of talking. He was least bothered about our check-in queries and time. Overall, good for one night.

Hotel is very good. Value for money Location is also nice middle of old city and nearby bus stand and shoping market. Rooms & washroom are good. Food is okay. There is no parking facility in hotel but you can park vehicle on road side.

Location is neary by bus stand and rooms are also OK as per the budget. However, food and service is not at all as per the standard. They get you food from local market, don't have own kitchen. By mistake we took room with breakfast and in breakfast there was only Poha, bread butter (Nutralite) and chai/coffee. Will not advise anyone to book room with breakfast, wastage of money. The manager was also not at all courteous. His tone was at all polite even for normal conversation, forget about any requests.

Rooms are really nice and new. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are big and comfortable too. ||Breakfast is highly ok, infact not good. People are however nice, the young nepali boys are quite handy and helpful||Location is better and preferable compared to the crowded, busy and noisy Limba chowk||I would definitely recommend this to anyone for a short stay.

I nvr generally review smethn so negative but sorry to say that this hotel s a complete waste of money. There are rats roaming in the room and the staff s so casual abt it. They ask us to stay calm becoz it is very normal for them. There are much btr hotels to choose then this. I wld rate "minus" for this place. ||"Cow Residency" sld b changed to "Rat Residency" ||Minus for place, cleanliness n staff. ||Also, the rooms are improper. Room card key doesn't work. So everytime you want to open the room, you need to ask the reception for a master key. This problem is with many rooms of this hotel. ||Hair dryer doesn't work, the exhaust fan in bath room doesn't work either. All in total it is a bad place to stay. Highly unhappy and disappointed with my stay with them.

Located near Rajkot bus stand. It is good from outside but cleanliness is not so good. Towels and other stuff worn out. Services are not at all good. Hot water was not there in taps. Breakfast was of the lowest quality. Not to be visited again. Also recommend to readers not to take this place.

Hotel is good rooms were good but service was very poor no soap or shampoo in bathroom bell boy didn't care about it when asked for. Their property is nice but should improve in service and staff behaviour
