Hotel Kavery

Today I ate Gujarati thali here. The thali was very tasty and the behavior of the staff was also very good. I enjoyed it. The place was also very clean.

AC was not working and unberable sound was coming from indoor unit. Reception as usual..pehle batate to change kar dete.."room nahi customer".

This hotel is located in a bustling area of Rajkot, close to a bus stand for easy access. It's a small, decent place with compact rooms that are fine for a short stay. However, the room rates are quite high compared to the size and service provided. While the food is good overall, the breakfast options are limited and not very tasty. I only stayed here because I couldn't find anything else at the time for my one-night business trip. I probably won't be back.

Rooms were v good but service was very bad, towels were bad, there was no slippers, tv system was not working, I request for make my room ready , on room ac as I was Arriving 10pm. But was not done, Off the break fast was v bad, I reported that one of the food was off . I took medicine as I had only 1 day there n had to catch a flight. I request to call me but no one bother.

Service is extremely poor 😢. Front desk persons found arrogant, non-cooperative. In room AC was not working. Then we were moved to another room, where ceiling fas was missing. No hot water was coming after keeping tap open for several minutes. To get hot water staff says we have to keep tap open and waste water for 15 plus minutes. Whereas world find ways to conserve water and avoid wastage. Overall experience was not satisfactory..
