The breakfast not good, food was ok. Room service was bad..we had to scream in the phone to give the message. Checkout time and hospitality was not comfortable. We requested for curd rice for take away, it got spoiled in 2 hrs and was smelling. No taste at all. Room maintenance was ok.. There was no hot water. Amenities were not good for the amount we paid.

I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the room was spacious and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. However, the hotel's age is showing, and it's in need of renovation. The tap fittings, room, and bathroom locks were not functioning properly, which was frustrating. While the hotel's location and reasonable tariff are major plus, the maintenance issues took away from my overall experience. With some updates and repairs, this hotel could be a great option. Until then, it's an average choice.

I had a prepaid booking on 28/11/24 when i reached hotel lobby the person attending me mr samresh singh denied checkin and replied me there is no rooms available for checkin. I booked the hotel for only 4 hours. Still he didnt gave me room and said its full even after seeing my pre paid booked slip. Very bad behaviour and absolutely rubbish conning the customer. Dont book this hotel if u are travelling from far distance !

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Legacy by Earth One, and I have to say, it was a pretty underwhelming experience. 🏨 First off, the floor creaks with every step you take, which can be quite annoying, especially at night. 😫 The door also requires a hard press to lock properly, making it a hassle every time you enter or leave the room. 🚪🔒 There was no mat to dry off when coming out of the shower, which made the bathroom floor dangerously slippery. 🚿🛁 The taps were uncleaned, which was quite off-putting. 🚰😷 The seats in the room were a bit dirty, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the place. 🪑🤢 Overall, I expected more from a hotel like Comfort Inn Legacy. 🌟 It’s the little things that make a stay comfortable, and unfortunately, this place missed the mark on several fronts.

The furniture and bed sheets looked old, and despite requesting a non-smoking room, it had an unpleasant odor. The furniture showed significant wear and tear. This hotel is not suitable for families; it might be better for salespeople or drivers. I didn't try the food because the entire place smelled bad.

Excellent budget hotel that is centrally located in Rajkot City centre (near the head post office). This place is flanked by a 24 hour tea and pan shop and snack shops are a stones throw away. The rooms have basic amenities, although the bath towels have a bleached whiff. They offer complimentary water (RO) if required for tea and coffee. Hot water is an issue on days when the hotel is at capacity. Kindly check with the reception before hand. They have free WiFi with limited access in certain corner rooms (110&111). They have a la carte on offer with room dining and a complimentary breakfast (pure veg). However one advantage outweighs the others is that it's centrally located.

Stayed here for the second time in 2 years. Not returning anymore. Staff is rude, unhelpful, and stickler for "rules" regarding early check in and late check out. Breakfast food choices are primitive compared to other hotels. Rates are high compared to services and value offered. Rooms smell bad, and are very cramped. The safety locker did not work and technicians had to physically remove it and install a different one from another room. They left a lot of mess behind that no one came to clean in spite of repeated requests. There were no towels in the bathroom, and when I requested some none were delivered. Upon calling housekeeping again someone left a wet towel inside the room. Free breakfast is absolutely not worth eating here, very limited choices and some food was stale. One would be better off not paying for the breakfast and just eating elsewhere. Bad stay overall, as I mentioned, not returning to this hotel anymore. PS: Forgot to add this hilarious and ironic tidbit to my comment. I have a feeling that the owners and staff have no clue about the origin of the very monotonous and annoying lobby music playing in the background 24 X 7 X 365. It is a bootlegged clip from one of the most popular classic rock song "Hotel California", performed by Eagles. Anyone coming from any Western country and even many Indians would easily recognize this tune. But what is ironic is the lyrics that are played right before the Comfort Inn lobby music note, which are, "you can check out anytime you want, but you can never leave...", a reference to "all about American decadence and burnout, too much money, corruption, drugs and arrogance; too little humility and heart." At Comfort Inn, Rajkot though, you want to check out as soon as you can, and unlike Hotel California, you can actually leave! So I hope the management takes this little musical "note" from me as a complement, and not one more criticism!
