The location and the goodwill of the hotel made me choose this for a family function. We had booked more than 15 rooms for all our guests. The owner and the manager were very rude and provided zero cooperation. With more than 60 guests we expected them to be little helpful with everything, but they were not helpful at all. We struggled a lot in the course of three days. Had a very disappointing experience with them.

Worst hotel ever. They used to behave rude with customers. They even don't reply properly to them. Behaviour is vulgar.

In spite of the fact that we booked on emergency, due to a flight cancellation and reached there the middle of the night as a group of 22 (10 rooms), we got the best service with even packed BF, as we were to leave by 5:30. The front office showed utmost concern for our comfort. The rooms are very good, spacious. The only defect was the small old time lift. ||||The Mahatma Museum just in front, is of course, an added attraction. ||||we were told that the Hotel follows Jain traditions.

Rooms nd washroom is very clean . On time services and Staff are also good behaviour nd food nd drinks are fresh nd good quality
