Hotel O Surya Dev

Me and My family visited this hotel few days back after online booking from OYO and had worst experience ever. OYO recommended it as budget hotel but features provided by hotel as well OYO was misleading. Below is the List of information provided by OYO (attached in Photo) and status (visible in other photos) 1. TV- Not available, 2. AC- Not available, if available not working/ remote not provided 3. Free Wifi- Not available/ not provided, 4. Gyser- Not available (Care taker making fool guests by giving false information), 5. Daily House Keeping/ Cleaning/hygiene - Worst Things we expect at Hotel- 1. Hospitality- Worst 2. Parking- Only 2 car Parking available. 3. Water- Not provided to Guest- you have to buy extra. We have booked this hotel online from OYO and we were treated like we had made a huge mistake the way we were treated (when asking for Facilities marked- they were asking it was false information provided by OYO). Due to Poor service and misbehavior of care taker, We (I and my family) left the hotel at 6 : 00 am in the morning and before check out time. I was wondering why this hotel have few positive reviews- Answer is they providing good review their own. I request OYO and Other application to take strict action on such type of hotel so, they will not be able to make fool of other guests.

It's ok finally they provide well service and support after a complaint . Now I am satisfied with they are really good and supportive

It’s very economical and hospitality was fantastic.This hotel was fantastic for couple and service was too much good specially by Dhanraj who is handling whole property. Far better experience then last time.

Very dirty & based on room condition bedsheets are not cleaned from long time. Not value for money.
