Excellent hotel and restaurant food was excellent and the service from all the staff was fantastic. The manager there mr Brtjendra Mishra made us feel like home and was very helpful in all the way Thank you for making our stay there fantastic.

We recently stayed at The Grand Regency. The stay was comfortable, the room was clean, the food was enjoyable and the services provided were professional. The hotel is close to the Gunda Wadi & Dharmendra Road markets, 10mins from Bhakti Nagar Railway Station and about an hour from the airport. We recommend The Grand Regency, Rajkot.

We loved living in this hotel because staff behaviour was very good as special Mr. Piyush Parekh his nature was very Good and was kind to everyone and the food quality was also the best and recommend my friends and family to take stay in this Hotel only. Room hygiene was maintained on regularly.

Rooms are very spacious & deeply cleaned.Very conveniently located .bed,matress,pillows are very flippy and comfortable.Food tastes are authentic and dhola Maru restaurant is awesome.Overall it was a great experience .I would recommend highly to this second home

I can’t believe I wasted two hours of my life at this so-called restaurant. From start to finish, it was a disaster. We walked in and stood at the entrance, completely ignored by staff, for almost 20 minutes before anyone bothered to seat us. And this was not a busy day — the place was barely half full. Once we were seated, it took another 30 minutes for a server to come over, and they did so with zero enthusiasm.and most crucial part of all,the receptionist named PIYUSH PAREKH was very unprofessional and irresponsible.

Neat and Tidy Room, Courteous Staff, Delicious Food, Prompt Room Service, Laundry Facility. Best location just 5 mins walk from Bus Station and Rajkot Railway Station is just 4 kms away. What else you need....Delighted...Best Hotel in Rajkot...

Had a terrible experience with this restaurant. We waited over two hours for our food, and the reception staff were unhelpful and indifferent. No updates or apologies for the delay – just left us waiting. Not worth the frustration. Will not be coming back. Especially the receptionist Piyush Parekh, disappointing service, unprofessional.
