NOT RECOMMENDED. BIG CLEANILINESS ISSUE. It's a very average room. I stayed for 1 night only because of travelling. Staff behaviour was good. There is a guy named Dinesh. He is good and cooperative. I was with family, rooms have some cracks, seepage. You can stay for emergency. As I checked-in at 1 am night so didn't have much time to explore more hotels. Not at all worth for it's price. So I went for this, it's OK for safety point of view. But the WORST PART was - • I saw small crockroach in my room. • bathrooms of all rooms (I saw 3) were very dirty. Especially commode. • there was a pack & used condoms kept on the ventilation of bathroom. SO THAT'S A BIG CLEANLINESS & UNCOMFORTABLE ISSUE. I request to owner to take care about such things.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

Firstly the good part: Staff and service at the hotel was the best we had experienced during our visit. Staff were kind and attentive. They went out of their way to help us with some item we forgot at the hotel and parcel it to address we provided. Some things that can be better (Not bad though): The location of the hotel is quite tricky for big vehicles. We were also a little underwhelmed after seeing the rooms as they were not quite as good as it seems in online pictures. But definitely value for money.

Worst experience. Booking online from my travaly 04/04 to 08/04 for 4 days @1075/- paid amount demand extra amount. Even I paid @ 200/-for 4 days and extend 1 days more total paid 2000/- more for 09/04/24. Now hotel demand extra amount rs 270/- more to paid after showing from my travaly mail and they didn't give GST bill also. So my travaly and hotel management also doing same thing after except all conditions they demand more amount. I stayed here for 2 days 5thand 6th January. Staff was rude even manager was rude. I forgot my charger in room when I checked out. When i asked them to return it they told me you d There is nothing in my room. Hotel staff was stolen my charger. The price of charger was 4000. It was original iphone charger. Don’t stay here. May be you will face this situation. Be aware of this types of hotel. This is 3 star hotel but it feels like oyo hotel.
