Worst hotel ever worst hospitality ever kahi bhi or reh lo yaha nhi rehna window me lock nhi h bedsheet me smell h clean nhi thi worst at every possible thing. My bus got delayed so I asked to give the room for just 3 hrs at night if there is vacant room and they asked to pay full price for the room

This Hotel is one of the best hotel I have stayed in Rajkot. Nice Rooms, very cooperative staffs and service of the staff is excellent 5 out of 5 in the Rating its best hotel to stay in the Rajkot. You can feel superb lighting in near by market in the evening so locality of this hotel is perfect. Owner of this Hotel is so kind person helping and providing extremely best service. Highly Recommended to stay in this hotel.

The wrost hotel I've seen ever, i found ladies hairs everywhere on bed, water leaking issue in toilet sheet, uncomfortable bed and pillows, got poor sleep and pain in neck. No electricity socket near bed, I'd charged my mobile in television socket by standing there for two hours. Strictly not recommended.

I have stayed here for 5 days 26-31 August 2020, the rooms are nice but service is zero, no toiletries were provided. The hotel is extremely strict with check in and check out time at 11:00 you have to leave the room. Overall it was 2/5 stars stay. The manager Mr. Nikunj is very nice person he helped us alot.

The worst experience with a hotel in all these years. The rooms weren't ready. Asked me for early check-in charge because I booked online using an offer whereas the receptionist let go other people who booked directly without any early check-in charges. Zero cooperation of the staff.
