Hotel was good but only for 20 min extra they have to pay extra charges. 200 rs ...this is not proper..

The hotel is situated on 3rd floor of the empty complex…We stayed at this hotel for the first time but feel they need improvements in all their departments from rooms to service. Location is also far from surat station. Rooms were not clean..We found cockroaches were there in washroom…also the bed they provide is too springy that one can’t sleep without getting a back pain. No nearby restaurant and they also don’t provide any food service…one has to travel far for lunch/dinner. It’s only the room you will get,, rest no other amenities. Their room locks were also not good…key used to stuck.

This place is newly opened. I would say that as per price, offered rooms are very nice. Lights, TV and all other basic amenities are as per required. But they're comparatively small in size. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Tidiness is good as hotel is new. Location is good too. Although not much of a view from rooms. Better keep curtain closed.

The worst experience of my life in any hotel ever. Better to sleep on a footpath then staying at this hotel...there is no security, safety, no internet, no room service. Had a horrible experience of staying here.

Worst experience...do check before booking in this hotel. I did my booking in advance and when i called to inquire they said they are full so they cant take ...total inconvinience...confirm before going to this hotel.will not recommend at all. Horrible

Rooms are decent enough but service is really pathetic If you complain you will get vague reasons Location also is far from the city so it will make sense of you have work in nearby location Not recommended this place 😞
