The service at this hotel is highly disappointing. The receptionist, Ankur, demonstrated unprofessional behavior by failing to address concerns about his friend loudly watching Instagram reels at 2:30 AM, which disrupted customers. The rooms are poorly maintained, with unclean bed sheets and the presence of insects. Additionally, no effort is made to provide mosquito repellents, further impacting the overall experience.

I ws denied Check-in at this hotel despite booking through Oyo because they asked for extra money because according to them they don't take bookings at the rate at which I booked through Oyo. It was a horrible experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL AT ALL. Yogesh and another guy were the ones at the reception.

The rooms were clean abd proper. Staff was good but there were so many cockroaches in the room they get in everywhere. Hotel must do something about the cockroaches
