The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. But it was the worst hotel experience we ever had. On our arrival first they alloted us the room as per our booking confirmation without any problem, then they denied because we asked about the reason behind the different booking ID's provided to us and them by OYO. Instead of being thankful and solving the technical error, the hotel manager and staff members replied very rude that now they will not provide us the room and started laughing and enjoying our situation. Then we have to call to Goibibo and OYO for the reason and resolve it. They were helping us in that also. After so much of argument finally they gave us the room. If you will ask for water than they will say come yourself fill your bottle and take away. No room service nothing. No breakfast facility. No one will even help you with your luggage. And they are so confident with their misbehavior and service that even if you will say that I will complain about this than they will say that we don't care, write wherever and whatever you want. If you are going to an unknown city with your family than you would definately not like to meet such a hotel staff and such a bad hospitality.

Rooms are okay. But service is not satisfactory. Breakfast is hopeless. They serve limited qty of breakfast and do not serve more even if you are willing to pay. Linens and towels do not get changedd even when you stay for a long time. Their credit card machine does not function and they accept only cash and expect you to walk 1to 2 KM's to go to an ATM and bring cash. Noise from nearby construction activity wake you up early morning.

Good rooms, comfortable, nice staff. Food was supposed to be with breakfast, but experienced weird logic. One can have tea but not coffee or milk with breakfast. So had to pay extra for milk. Happens when unprofessional people operate hotels.

I had Booked dulex room in this hotel for 550/-₹ ...and they demanded me for extra money said ..it's not our price range , I had booked on Oyo app with Oyo offer. They demanded 450/-₹ extra for check in... I had given .. After that Behaviour also not good.. not good for couples.. Not safe for couples... I am requesting to all people and specially Couple don't go in this Hotel... Stay safe. . Very Bad experience.. I want to give minus rating...but that's not available...

This place is not as shown in picture. They refuse to give rome when you reach at there place and demands additional money. There service is even worst. Manager behavior is not good and there rooms are not cleaned. They didn't even provide drinking water in room. Unsafe for couple.

Worst stay experience, we planned our marriage event for 2 days at this banquet and booked all rooms.. no toiletries, no towels provided everything was arranged after asking for it.. Ac not working properly, some of the lights were not working in some rooms.. promised big things but results were not promising.. only money was their big concern, if policies are so much to be followed they should have completed the formalities 2 days prior the event not on the day when guests arrive.. wasted our time and lead to our event delay.. Mr. Pawan promising big things to get our order and the efforts were not at all as per it.. worst decision to plan my event there.. please if you need a stress free wedding we have more good options available in surat..

This is nice hltel to stay. As there service ia very punctual and I realise there humanity is still alive. Nice memories at Utsav banquet hotel. I would like to visit again at there with my friends. Room are always cleaned there I've seen.

Worst experience oyo booking amount and actual at reception booking amount different n i Booked with oyo they direct deny refuce to gave room at oyo booking worst offcourse suggest u utsav hotel u remove from oyo n Google map pr bhi price or actuall price bohot different receptionist saying 1night say at 1500 fixed worst experience
