Worst hotel and staff, i have booked imperial room then also i gave got worst room dirty bedsheets, the water tap was not working, water is coming from ac.. i dont understand if they dont have the room in a good position why they give to the customer

Rooms are comfortable but too small and as it's old now the room needs renovation, it's very very simple room and can be used for one night but not more than that

I was impressed by the quality of service and comfort at The Park Infinity. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. The peaceful environment made my stay even better. It’s a great hotel at a reasonable price—worth every penny!

Very bad hospitality, No cleanness in room & bath room. Break fast is very poor and unplanned. Below average hotel. In this area no other hotels so no choice.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, with a daily rate of approximately ₹2500, inclusive of breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of expectations. The breakfast quality was particularly disappointing, with a limited and repetitive menu consisting only of parathas, tea, and toast each day. Additionally, the rooms lacked essential amenities such as shampoo, soap, and towels.

Stayed for 10 days . Rooms were So So, not good. Wifi not working properly. Basic assessories like sleeper were not available. Breakfast buffet hai have very limited items.

Most unmanaged and dirty hotel.no one is bothered to clean and give you proper service. From bed sheet to pillow cover and bathroom everything is dirty and insects in the room.
