The Park Infinity

We pre-booked this hotel *TWO MONTHS* in advance, yet the service we received on arrival was beyond unacceptable. First, they told us the rooms we booked weren’t clean and made us wait for half an hour. After waiting, they came back with another excuse, claiming the AC wasn’t working, and conveniently had no other rooms available. After a lot of frustration and back-and-forth with the owner, they finally offered us smaller rooms on the 5th floor. These rooms were smelly and hadn't even been cleaned! The staff member showing us around initially brought just two keys, claiming only those rooms were open. But when the person who booked for us asked, they suddenly handed over *all the keys for unoccupied rooms*!! Clearly, they weren’t being honest or helpful. Avoid this hotel if you’re planning a big day and counting on them to provide rooms as booked. They have no backup plan if they mess up, and you’ll be left scrambling while they make excuses. This is not a place you can rely on for an important occasion!

Perfect place to stay. Good facilities . I really like this hotel and staff was all supportive specially night staff. Clean and neat room are available. Full hygenic toilets. And also parking place is available. # vale for money hotel. I like park infinity

Excellent service at park infinity.from check in to check out every thing was smooth and stress free. The staff is courteous the room are beautiful designed and the entire place has such a welcoming vibe.i can't wait to come back.

The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.the staffs are friendly in nature. And the rooms are cleans.highly recommended.

We booked the hotel for a family function along with food. The check-in was fast and smooth, food was tasty and above our expectations. Special thanks to Mr.Sahil and the chef for an overall great experience.

Staying at park infinity will not make you regret. There are rooms with all facilities and supportive staff which makes stay more comfortable.
