Rooms were really dirty, bathrooms weren’t cleaned beforehand, there was so much garbage under the bed and when i asked a staff to clean the room, he was rude and gave me a broom instead. They didn’t let me and my ACTUAL brother stay in the same room because they have definitely been caught in some shady business before which in return made me feel unsafe the entire night because i had to sleep alone. Their rules of not letting me stay in the same room as my friend and my brother, made me feel like they were questioning my character. I didn’t make a scene because i had to stay there due to a family member’s medical emergency, and every other hotel was completely booked.

The room they offered AC was not ok , on my request they changed my room . If you choose breakfast in package make sure to inform reception 15- 20 min before , they arrange from outside . Breakfast menu is khaman and tea . I have booked online so while making final payment hotel didn't gave me invoice of my payment. Overall value for money business hotel

The location of the hotel is very nice . Rooms , beds , linen, bathroom were clean and maintained well. The staff were cordial and punctual. Well managed . Food was available at call . Geyser, AC worked well . I had a good stay here.

Never do the mistake of booking Fab hotel. I booked for 2 nights and paid advance to Fab Hotel Silver 9 Hinjewadi, Pune and the hotel receptionist did not acknowledge the reservation and asked me to get out. Spoke to the owner of the hotel and he was equally arrogant. At night 9 PM I had to run piller to post to find alternate accomodation. After several follow ups till date I have not got back my deposit payment from Fab. They are trained to be careless and give irresposible answers to customer calls. Fab Hotel a BIG NO NO NO...

Do not ever everrrr go to this hotel..the worst hotel in town..rude, uncooperative and harassing staff.. They give you poor condition rooms and ask for full price, in case of negotiations, they raise their voice and ask you to go somewhere else.. That is not the worst part, the most disgusting thing is that their room's wall border was broken and they asked us to take that room which had no privacy and anyone could see inside the room from outside..their bathrooms stink of gutter and they their staff lack basic manners..please do not book room here if you value your time money and sanity..there are many welcoming hotels around the same area..

I'm updating my review. On my early review i gave 3 star with good comment about service and cleanliness and hygiene maintain by the hotel,but my last visit to this hotel changed my every thoughts for the same. Dirty room, cockroaches roaming in the room, Ac blowing only air no cooling, dirty walls, dirty mattress. In short I'll never book this hotel again.

Charged extra money by the hotel management above the amount paid via app booking. No regular water provided. No towel, napkin or something of that sort provided. Dirty and Torn bedsheets, Stinky blankets. Washroom too compact(not as shown in images) and sipage walls. Overall poor experience. And experiencing same type of poor facilities at most Oyo properties. #OYO
