Hotel O Genius In Rooms

Abysmal Experience, The owner is quite atrocious, misbehaved with me and tried to take advantage of me asking for extra service charge on top of what I had already paid online When I refused, he denied me my room and left me stranded, I have contacted my booking service but have yet to receive my refund whereas I have to avail additional money for new hotel. This kind of deplorable attitude is completely unacceptable and I highly urge everyone to be more aware and conscious, when we still have to live surrounded with “Such People”.

Avoid This Hotel! I booked a room in advance for my family and made a down payment, only to be denied a room upon arrival. The hotel manager’s behavior was unprofessional, mismanaging the situation and treating shocked customers poorly. This level of mismanagement and lack of ethics in the hospitality industry is unacceptable. I wouldn’t even give this place one star; it feels like a complete scam.

Worst experience of life. I had booked 4 rooms 1 month in advance for my family members traveling surat for event and paid Rs 11000 in advance for the same but on the day of check - in the person Anil misbehaved with my guest denied rooms claiming to be over booked. Worst ever hotel experience. Please never ever book rooms here

Pathetic service by the hotel and more over the person in charge Mr Anil does not know how to speak to his guests and ladies as well... Strongly recommend everyone not to book this hotel and put yourself in trouble as at last moment even though my room was booked and advance paid Mr Anil asked for extra service charge which was not mentioned in the invoice and said there are no rooms and i cannot give you rooms that were allotted to you.. So, Strongly telling everyone not to book this hotel and spoil your trip....

please take care before booking, they are frauds, who will take your money and won't give you room showing their real face Mr Anil the person incharge he misbehaved with ladies so please families beware of such people, this hotel is not appropriate for families in fact not appropriate for anyone

Doesn't deserve even a single star but I really want this known..|The owner is terrible (Name: Anil Mohanty)|Before arriving on property I called him 2days prior and he confirmed everything with me but once I reached there he denied me my booking, telling me to cancel my OYO booking and deal with him personally when I already had paid partially to OYO|When I didn't oblige with his demands |He refused to cooperate and started VERBALLY ABUSING ME, My Mother and Aunties|He started shouting at the ladies in my family and told us he doesn't want to give US any room.|I called OYO and they blocked his listing from their platform.|I had the worst experience of my life, that too where my family was insulted and the guy isn't even reprimanded for his actions|He is a Bufoon of a guy and doesn't deserve to be in a business where customers are prioritized and treated with respect.|He told me he is least bothered with us or even of whatever actions we may take against him, I would love to see some justice when we were left stranded and angry in a different city especially on a holiday.
