Flagship Hotel Dream Palace

I had booked this hotel for 5 days via OYO and from my check in time the reception person told that the pre booking amount is not adequate and asked me to pay around 35 percent more . I checked and stayed , the room were averagely maintained. As I was only staying for night and rest time it was locked as I had meetings morning hours. To my surprise on one my visit the room at afternoon it was given to other people to a couple for their private time without informing and keeping my Lagguages out without my permission. This was completely breach in contract for stay. One Mr. Yogesh who was incharge of the hotel also spoke rudely to me when I asked and told what they had done was not correct and they told me you can vacate and go elsewhere. I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this place and police should make surprise visits to these place to check wrong doing happening their.

Worst hotel... Don't book this as it is not family friendly. It's a cheap lodge which couples uses on hourly basis... If you are with family then pls don't book this. Also, the owner is useless guy, even after booking confirmation from OYO, they will deny the rooms at the time of check-in. CHEAP HOTEL!!

This hotel dream place is the worst hotel in India as per my experience my son had booked and paid full amount for 26th August to 28th August 2022 two room online two days before we confirmed and before arrival we confirmed at 11am with hotel staf Mr. Ashis he said us yes two rooms are booked and waiting but on arrival they refused to give us room so after we had to call police and we had to go in fornew hotel this hotel is and there staf are cheater please donot book and I will suggest every to not to book any room in this hotel my family had very baf experience and v had to suffer a lot for 3 hours we were waiting and still they did not give us room so we had complain to call police.
