Collection O De'pearl Hotel

Ekdam ghatiya hotel hai , staff behaving very baldly. Non human behaviour Very stiff in checking time also not taking DigiLocker Id cards. We have large luggage but he is demanding extra money for early checking. Waste of time and waste of money .

Never go in this hotel night staff is worst ....even if u booked it online in low rates then they will ask u too cancel it and raise the rent very high...never go

They first took booking through online. and they ignore the booking when you reach the location. and they took booking offline with higher price. I booked through make my trip. So don't book this hotel online. If you do this you will be suffer if you reach the location at night or evening if they ignore your booking.

Electricity frequently disconnected while I was doing the check in formality. Asked for an extra 400 rs for early check-in. Also the hotel staff is very rude. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Very very worst experience overall.. Because I booked on oyo with 749 rupee and when I chek in that time de pearl hotel staff told me we don't provide your room becoz of booking price. They told me you have to pay extra for this room and i have no any option so i had pay extra for this room so very very bad experience and appart from that they service very bad...they all are confusing about his property price. They waste my 1 your even I paid extra 500 Rupees. Mool

so i booked room at this hotel. but when i arrived there they refused the entry saying they didn't receive any booking and asked me to pay 3 times the amount i paid online. they scam ppl by showing less amount online and when ppl get there they ask for more money. one of the worst experiences..

The stay at de pearl was the one of the worst experience. I had booked the hotel from OYO but they had still charged 800Rs from me by saying "it is a complimentary amount you have to pay at hotel". I request those who so ever is booking please don't. I request OYO to refund my whole amount immediately. Please remove this hotel from OYO so that anyother won't face this kind of issue.
