The hotel room and food is exceptional, we were extremely happy with the services provided for our group. We stayed here for 5 nights and the staff is very accomodating and helpful. All our requests were taken care of with a smile. The general manager Mr. Prakash looked into each detail of our booking and ensured that everything was smooth, he went above and beyond to take care of us. The place is highly recommended for groups, family, business and even students. I will only choose them when it comes to bookings in Surat. We also had all our meals - breakfast, lunch, hi tea and dinner and the food and its quality was amazing. Thank you Prakash for personally looking into each detail during our stay! <3

Saurabh and Aman at reception were very kind and helpful. He helped in getting the check out done super quickly. The suite was very nice and comfortable. It's only 14 months old and hence the property was very well maintained. Highly recommended.
