Hotel Happiness

I am a regular visitor to happiness hotel, primarily because it is budget friendly, apt location and offers a great service. The staff are honest and kind. I was surprised when they even returned a large sum of money left in my pocket in the laundry. Breakfast definitely has room for improvement. Would recommend anyone looking for a budget friendly well located hotel.

It's pretty near to the station, which makes the best location. Small cozy hotel for a short stay is good. Rooms are big ...they do try to maintain cleanliness . Dinning area is pretty small...I guess they procure food from.out and do not have inbuilt kitchen for cooking, hence the food is fine

The staff behaves very well with the customers and the hotel provides services on time and in a good manner.

All services are good but if they improve in lift facilities so it will be more comfortable for all guests

I would appreciate the sincerity and humbleness of the staff. Unknowingly, i have paid extra money during the room checkout and i didn't noticed the same. I have not in my mind of this additional payment. The hotel accountant is calling me back after almost 03 weeks of time and returning the additional payment, which i have paid during my check out. It is big thing and appreciate the hotel staff for this wonderful sincerity...,👌👏👏
