NillThe location is good for business people. The hotel is old and most of the gadgets don't work properly. The fans, AC, the bathroom taps etc. are very old and don't work properly. The staff is kind but the room service is pathetic. If you are looking for clean and safe stay for business purposes, this is a good stay .

NillIt's near by railway station and bus depot both location wise perfect for any one who travel for work and want to find good stay within reach of market place. Staff and service is good . Quality of rooms is good. Restaurant within premises added value for this. I ordered food that was good in taste. Lift not well maintained..

NillIt is situated near Railway station surat and near whole sale clothes market. Overall it is a budget hotel. Rooms are okay but not good. Low quality in food . smelling food area and rooms. cleaning is average. Towels are very old. staff behaviour are good. Overall requirements in some basic amenities by hotel owners.

★I wish there was something positive to start this review with. I guess checking out was a positive... But really, there isn't... ||||Let's start with Check-In, we were three guests, each with a passport and oci, so they proceeded to take photocopies, and then asked for each photocopy to be signed... why? Are we in the 1980s, it just seemed a very inefficient process. ||||Then we got to our room, dusty, smelly, and not cleaned. The bath mat was still wet and we could see the footprints of the previous occupant. ||||I didn't realise this, but we booked a room with triple occupancy... the third person was provided a mattress... on the floor! For something that is classed a "flagship" - this was simply awful! Shame on me for not reading the room conditions properly I guess... ||||We asked for a Tea and some hot water.... they came in flasks that had not been cleaned or descaled, we poured hot water out and it was grey in colour! ||||Breakfast was probably the only thing that was acceptable. ||||I definitely will not be staying here again.

NillNice and perfect stay. Hotel is very clean and staff is very cool and helpful. I will choose the same hotel for all my future stay at Surat. This Ola Flagship property is perfect for business or family trip as staff is very good, food is awsum and property is on main road near railway station (walkable distance).

NillThe lift is still not working, several weeks after a reviewer reported it. I feel a bit cheated by the online travel aggregator who displayed one price during the pre-booking stage and another one during checkout. This is not the fault of the hotel. The reception staff and the room staff were pleasantly courteous during the check-in. I just checked in, so cannot comment about the stay yet. But the hotel might at the very least offer me a complimentary breakfast to compensate for the non-working lift. Edited 10/03/2019 To further add insult to injury, I discovered that there was no running hot water.A room boy arrived with a bucket of hot water. I learned from staff that the hotwater system has not been working for a long time. The breakfast was a measly affair of greasy pohwa and anaemic looking paranthe which I did not partake. The staff were pleasantly though. Response to Hotel owner's "cut and paste' response: Take a look at what the customer writes and respond to that, rather than mouth platitudes

NillValue for money. All basics taken care of, bed and breakfast, AC, soaps, towels, hot water etc. Ideal for individual travellers and families. Food is good, although I found it a little oily. Don't expect any extra amenities though as it is a budget hotel.
