OYO 1389 Hotel Relax Inn

Nice hotel. Very good and decent staff. Very polite, helpful and co-operative staff. Nice rooms with good furnishings. Room service is very prompt. Even the breakfast is healthy and tests like home. Very approachable location within 1 km from central railway station, central bus stand and city bus stand. Reasonable rates. Been located in the heart of the city parking is not a big issue.

They didn't acknowledge my OYO booking. The staff talked extremely rudely. First they absolutely denied me a room against my OYO booking and then the charged me over and above my full advanced payment. I had booked a 3X Delux room but even after paying extra... They gave me a 2X Classic room which was in pathetic condition. The room was not clean enough, the pillows and quilts were torn and dirty. The bathroom door wont close and lock. And the only chair in the room was broken. The water given in the room was in a dirty jug and the room service was very rude when we asked for exchange of pillows or any other service. Hotel restaurant service was pathetic. They would serve food in dirty glasses and plates but the food was average in taste. We stayed for 7 days as they had taken a fully advance payment and we had no other option.

Check in was hassle free. We checked at 11:00 before actual check in time with no extra price. Room was decent but small. Staff was cooperative and helpful. We got free breakfast as we book through oyo. Stay was comfortable and hygenic. Nice working AC and TV. Room services are great. Only con is that washroom handle was break and and their is no place to ting clothes. Bed is 👑 sized and comfy. Nice budget hotel under 800.

.Oyo listed property .best for family and buisiness people .good location ,easy to find,clean and neat property. Pros 1.the rooms are spacious and neat and as shown in pics 2 .outside food allowed 3 .card accepted as well as online payment . 4 . friendly and professional reception staffs 5 .staffs are professional and friendly . 6.washroom is good ,and impressive. Cons 1.not couple friendly 2.you won't enjoy wifi here 3.no parking space 4.TV doesn't have enough channels .

Horrible experience, the room is untidy and smelly and damp, bedsheets were dirty, they have some renovation work going on. But the entry of the hotel is very disappointing, not at all like pics posted online. I prebooked this hotel and paid total price but after seeing the condition of hotel i immediately cancelled my booking, and booked another hotel. But I am very happy with Oyo customer care they refunded my money and that too very early and they were very helpful. I am extremely thankful to them.

Good hotel to stay for family and businesses people. It is near to surat railway station. Good hospitality and services. Room is clean and properly maintained. Listed facilities like wifi is available but no internet connection, may be some technical difficulties. Apart from that room is quite expensive. Not affordable for budget travellers.

All spaces are conjusted. Lift cabin is too small. Hot water supply is not good. When you demand hot water for bath, they give a bucket seperate. Breakfast quality is not good. Narrow passages. Overall not a place to stay in.

Worst hotel. Even if you had booked the room through OYO or Makemytrip, they will ask you to cancel the booking and ask customers to book with them personally at higher rates. They are not even cleaning the blankets properly. Service boys are too rude. No network coverage in the room and even their wifi is also out of range.
