Hotel Crystal

One of the worst experiences we had. So we visited Surat for a day for personal work along with 3 people. One auto driver showed us this hotel. During enquiry for room availability the receptionist showed us a room for 4 people. During that time it self i have clearly asked the person that there will be 4 people 2 women and 2 men all friends. He said its all good and he doesnt have any issue. The moment we made payments he suddenly changed the plan and said in a single room girls and boys cant stay so should book 2 rooms for 4000₹ which was insane. As we dont have time to find other options immediately booked the rooms. The rooms were super dirty, walls broken, door locks broken, stained bedsheets and blankets, bed broken, electric points were not working. We asked the owner to change the bedsheets atleast but he simply refused. Then we ordered water bottles but the seals were broken which we again asked him to change but it didnt happen. No room service, no ventilation. Windows filled with paan stains. I have attached all of the pictures below. The manager is super rude and he thinks he is paying us to stay their. Please avoid visiting this hotel and all near by hotel rooms to Surat railway stations. They all have same issue. If by any chance you are thinking of visiting Surat please ensure all the norms of hotels as they might give you high hopes and fake things but once you visit they simply will refuse to accept.

Giving this place 1 star because we are not allowed to give below this! This is a horrible hotel with absolutely no cleanliness and no hygiene. The only reason why we were here was because the auto wala had some kind of setting with the hotel people, and we took a chance because we were there for a day. It made our experience very bad. Please don't go there!

Pathetic conditions of rooms and beds. Poor service and staff was also bad. Completely unhygienic. Please do not stay there if you want to enjoy your trip.

It's Very Bad Hotel, You Can't Get Warm Water In Winter After 11:00Am. Cleanliness Also Not Good And Room Also Very Small And There Is No Window That's Why You Feel Saffocation...! One Of My Room, Bathroom Have Leakage Problem In Tab And Shower And Bucket Condition Is Also Not Good It's Greecy. It's Better You Can Find Another Hotel Because I Am Also Just Stay For One Day And Find Another Hotel For Remaining Days.

Hotel is bit tight. Rat race all the night in the room ceilings. Need to take care... pest control..

It's a cheap place to stay, but good for family. Rooms are congested and cleaning in room is very bad.

They took extra amount from booking value... service is not good...Worst of money...I suggest to all to book another hotel for stay
