Hotel New Platinum 9

I had a decent stay at Hotel Platinum 9 near the station during my first visit in February 2024, so I chose to stay again during an 8-day trip. Unfortunately, this second experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel charged me three times the price of my previous stay, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the AC didn’t work for the first two days, despite numerous complaints. It was eventually fixed, but the delay was unacceptable, especially given the high price I was paying, and no compensation was offered for those two days without AC. Additionally, when I opted for breakfast, I was shocked to be told by Mr. Tausif that I would be charged extra for boiled eggs, which were not considered part of the breakfast package. I do appreciate the housekeeping staff for their timely cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. However, the management, particularly the manager Mr. Tausif, was highly unprofessional, rude, and unethical. He showed no interest in addressing customer feedback or improving service. His attitude was appalling, as if he were running a 7-star hotel. When we complained about the AC, his response was, “Take your money and leave.” The overall experience was disappointing, and I will not be returning due to their lack of focus on customer satisfaction. Mr. Tausif’s behavior, in particular, was unacceptable, driven by greed, leaving customers unhappy and unsatisfied.

Spacious Clean Rooms, You will not find this size rooms nearby. Good Breakfast Option. Had an amazing business stay. NOTE- PLEASE TELL THE STAFF SPECIFICALLY IF YOU WANT THE ROOM CLEANING WHILE YOU ARE AWAY.

Very clean & hygienic room, This is new hotel so prices are very good & Staff is cooperative. Too much space & chair available in room.. I tasted mashroom Masala is very yummy & reasonable in price. 🙏🙏 Nearby to Delhi Gate & Outside market is good. I feel very lucky to stay there.
