Awesome experience for staying in this hotel. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast is super awesome and tasty. The service is much better than many 5 star hotels. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot to Mr. Hussain who guided us even after we checked out with good hotels while on the way back.

Just opposite surat railway station will save your valuable time and money, very neat and clean room along with well maintained toilet, Laziz breakfast with hot and fresh vegetarian nashta along with fruits and fresh juice,delicious dinner all in one at most reasonable prices. What else you want? A must 👌 stay Hotel where you are received and served very politely.

Location of hotel is accessible since it's just located outside the station. Room service was on point with no delays. Breakfast & in house restaurant food from Flow cafe was delicious with good quality & quantity. Staff was really polite & helpful. Room cleanliness with no complaints at all. Incidents- 1.My sister lost her ring in room, which was then found by staff kept on table after room service. +1 for that. 2. Staff put extra efforts to provide us withtake away on special request (Which wasn't available service in their hotel ) +1 for that as well. Great hotel interiors as well. All things promised were delivered by this hotel as well as they went extra mile for customer satisfaction. Happy with stay here. Will recommend any one visiting here. With budget friendly next to station.

First time in Surat. Booked due to proximity to station but loved my stay there. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and neat. Food is great and pocket friendly too. I would recommend them

Had a 3 days stay here very recently. The hotel is situated right infront of the railway station. Almost touching 3 star category. Very well cleanly maintained. I believe the only good standard hotel around Rooms - 5* Cleanliness - 5* Staff - cooperative and attentive Breakfast - limited menu 4* (but was ok ) Access to city - good Parking - manageable Food - not tried Service - very good Price - absolutely fair Must stay 👍 I would definitely be repeating at this rate and such services.
