Reception person behaviour is very bad .... And asper him no any your guest met you in room ...and not allowed your guest in hotel...and reception man person not talk politely

I never went to the hotel.... Automatically checked in... I tried to call about confirmation of booking... No call connected ... Four times I booked... Twice automatically checked in... Twice Automatically checked out... Twice automatically booking cancelled... Highly shocking, frustrating, annoying experience... Location incorrect shown, I wanted near amaazia water park, it took me to different locations...

Rooms are avilable in the 4th floor ,also lift was not working but rooms was good. Jaldhi coconut water avilable also nimbu sharbat and nimbu soda avilable staff was good and familier parking slot also avilable

I was very impressed with hotel. I stayed there for a week and the room and facilities were excellent. The location was also perfect for me as it was not too far from where I needed to be every day. The staff were also very helpful and attentive, which made my stay all the more comfortable.

My experience at this hotel was great. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the room was very clean. I also liked how close it was to the near Midas Square Surat, Gujarat. I would say that the price was just right, and all amenities at this hotel were great.

I checked-in and there was no water. They said there will be water after 15 minutes. I waited patiently and after 10 minutes they said there will be no water till morning. So much time was wasted. I immediately left the place. Rooms were good.

It was a pleasure staying in this hotel. The room was neat and clean, the staff was friendly, and it had a great location. The ac tv was working properly. But the price was a little high otherwise my overall experience was excellent.
