Worst place to stay in surat.. I wish I could mark them negative markings. Mennerless uneducated staff.. they just dont allowed me room, when I reach at hotel (MIDNIGHT) cause some price issue with online platform, plz must avoid this place, no support or solution for your query. *Horrible experience* THANK YOU.

I have done from Oyo and they denied to gave me room I have to wait 30 minutes in call and there is no proper response from Oyo help centre also what kind of pathetic services r u people running . This is not at all acceptable.
